All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 10 business days from delivery date will not be refunded.
To request a return/refund, please ensure that you keep the item with all of its original parts, caps, branded boxes, and packaging.
We will issue a refund/replacement once we receive and inspect the item and it's condition.
All individual sample vials and discovery kits are nonrefundable and final sale.
Please note that the item must be in unused, and sell-able condition and all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc, must be returned in order for a full refund to be issued. Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are nonrefundable. We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.
